Graduated from The Citadel in 1983 with a BS in Secondary Education.
Graduated from Winthrop University in 1992 with a Master's Degree in Secondary Supervision.
Spent 20 years at Camden High School - social studies teacher, football coach, and Assistant Principal.
Became Principal of Camden Middle School in 2003.
Member of the South Carolina State Guard and holds the rank of Colonel. Commands the 6th Special Operations K-9 Detachment.
District Coordinator for Emergency Preparedness.
